The fruits and vegetables are fresh and the seasonal ones are mostly organic, grown in the countryside of San Giovanni in Marignano.

From the kitchen, the aroma of good food spreads everywhere and calls you for dinner!
At dinner, you find a buffet with farm-to-table products featuring traditional Romagna cuisine, interpreted in a sophisticated way. Each dish is a creation of chef Andrea Guglielmone, with the supervision of director Gianni Castellana.

Every evening, from 7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. you take part in a true culinary show: dough rolled by hand, the smell of mortadella sliced in front of you, a selection of fine local cheeses, fish from our sea treated with love. You can taste products coming from the best local farms, natural and precious delicacies.
