The training we offer our staff starts before the season and becomes part of the background of those who take part. We organize engaging training courses so that everyone is:

- prepared with information and tools essential for doing their job

2) Leisure time
Often, it is not a given for those who work for a season in a hotel to have certain rights. Instead, in these cases it is really difficult to have free time for yourself. For many years now, those of us at the San Marco who are in charge of the staff have been sensitive to the health and wishes of those who work here. We guarantee at least one day off for everyone and give the opportunity to choose shifts that suit everyone's needs.
