At which time can we arrive? At which time do we have to leave the room?
The rooms are officially available at 2 p.m. In any case you can arrive whenever you like: we can check you in, store your luggage and park your car. On the day of departure, we will ask you to leave the room by 10 a.m. If you wish to stay with us for the day, we are glad to store your luggage and also offer the possibility of a changing room with shower at the facility next to the swimming pool. The daily use of the room, with extra charge, is managed according to the availability of the hotel and agreed during the stay.
Where can I park my car?
It depends on which package you have purchased for your stay. With the Top stay package, you will have a dedicated parking space in our garage just below the hotel. With the Beach and Smart stay packages, instead, you will have a reserved parking space in the guarded parking lot about 1.5 km away from the hotel with a free shuttle service active from 7 am to 3 am.
When are meals served? Will we have a reserved table?
You can enjoy breakfast from 7:30 am to 11 am and dinner from 7:15 pm to 9 pm. We offer a buffet service which is constantly replenished. You will have noticed that the restaurant is open for very long hours, so there’s no need to book a table: you can choose where to sit each time.
For lunch, you can take our delicious food with you under the parasol, thanks to our take-out boxes. If you want a break from the beach, you can try the dish of the day at the new Bistrot Bar.
Is the beach umbrella in the front row?
If you chose an all-inclusive holiday package, you will have the beach umbrella starting from the fourth row from the sea. On the day of arrival, we will provide you a voucher to be shown at the bathing establishment and, depending on availability, you will be accompanied to your beach umbrella. The first three rows are available with an extra charge, checking the possibility with the management of the Stella Marina bathing establishment (firstname.lastname@example.org
) at the time of booking at the hotel.
How far is the hotel from the sea and the town center?
20 meters! Hotel San Marco is located right on the seafront. All you have to do is cross the road to have your feet in the sand. We are also next to the Fountains Square from which Viale Bovio and all the main promenades start: you will be in the heart of Cattolica.
Can I have a room with sea view?
Not all rooms at the hotel have sea views: we assign rooms according to availability on the day of your arrival.
For those who wish a room with a sea view or a particular room guaranteed, with a small extra charge we provide this possibility, to be checked at the time of booking!
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome in the Economy and Standard rooms at the hotel and you can take them with you, except for the restaurant and the swimming pool areas. We reserve a specific number of rooms in which you can accommodate them, with an extra charge of € 5 per day; when booking we will tell you immediately if the rooms are available. I am allergic to gluten (or lactose, tomato …), what do we do?
The hotel does not have a separate kitchen for the preparation of special foods, so we cannot state that a food is gluten free: a fork may have mixed the pasta, a pot or a baking pan may have traces of flour and so on… even if perhaps the ingredients on the dish are gluten free. If the allergy is severe we prefer to make available to you our guest kitchen, where you can prepare your meals independently and safely. For less serious levels of food intolerance, our restaurant staff will be happy to show you how each food is prepared, and the chef may make changes on the proposed dishes, to ensure you a taste experience with as much peace of mind as possible.
