How do we protect you?
Ample, luminous indoor spaces and outdoor verandahs allow you to move freely and serenely.
The shared spaces have just been refurbished and are sanitised multiple times during the day.
Our cleaning staff will take extra special care of your room; they’ll be sure to aerate and sanitise all spaces. Or, you can choose to not have anybody enter your room: in this case, we’ll provide you with a cleaning kit.
You can even check in before you arrive; you will receive an email in which you must input all your document information.
Our restaurant will be be open for breakfast and dinner. Look for the grand buffet behind the glass panel. We’ll be the ones to serve you, in order to ensure maximum hygiene.
At the bar&bistrot , you can check the menu from your smartphone or on the board. Choose whether to be seated and served at the dinner table or to take your lunch away with you and enjoy it wherever you like.
Our staff is here to make your holiday safe and comfortable. We will be your constant reference point, always here to help. We’ll be close to you, even if we’ll be keeping the required distance!
And what if I have to cancel my booking? We have a great deal of faith and optimism. Sometimes, however, things are out of our control and you are probably wondering what would happen if you had to cancel your holiday. You’ll be happy to hear that all our guests can cancel their stay free of charge up to 10 days prior to the arrival date.
